J Shell talks with Dr. Cindy Elliser, the founder of Pacific Mammal Research, which studies marine mammals in the Salish Sea. Dr. Elliser has authored numerous papers in peer review journals. She received her PhD in integrated biology from Florida Atlantic University in 2010. She also teaches as an adjunct professor at Skaggit Valley College in Mt. Vernon, WA. They discuss the work done by Pacific Mammal Research.
