With the election coming up, KGVM is recording, airing, and archiving a number of forums featuring candidates and issues that will be on the upcoming ballot, including the following:

All forums except the one in Gallatin Gateway on Oct. 8 are organized by the League of Women Voters scheduled from 6:30 – 7:45 PM. The one in Gallatin Gateway is organized by Willing Workers Ladies Aid and is scheduled for 7 – 9 PM.

We will have all of the recordings available here, under Election 2026.

Ticket Giveaways

Our friends at Logjam Presents have donated some tickets for us to give away to KGVM listeners! We’ve got multiple pairs of tickets to the following shows at the Elm in Bozeman: Shovels and Ropes w/ Nolan Taylor on Sun., Oct. 4, Steel Pulse w/ Jordan T on Sun., Oct. 11, SoDown w/ Chozen and SubBoom on Sat., Oct. 31, or Railroad Earth on Fri., Nov. 13. Montana Together sponsored a panel discussion on immigration policy and enforcement at the Bozeman Public Library on Feb. 11, 2026. You can find more information and listen here.

Bozeman local, Stanford Professor, and former U.S. Ambassador to Russia, Michael McFaul, discussed his latest book, “Autocrats vs. Democrats: China, Russia, America, and the New Global Disorder,” at an Authors and Books event at the Bozeman Public Library on December 22, 2025. Following the talk, Dr. McFaul responded to many questions from the audience.

On the evening of November 12, 2025, The Hager Auditorium at the Museum of the Rockies was filled to capacity with people who had come to hear The Bozeman Library Friends and Foundation’s 10th Symbozium, entitled, THE FUTURE OF INTELLIGENCE: ARE WE READY FOR AGI?
