On June 15, 2020, the Supreme Court of the United States ruled that the 1964 Civil Rights Act protects gay, lesbian and transgender employees from discrimination. We talk with Kyndra Nevin, Liz Welch and Emmett Schelling about what the Supreme Court decision means and what work still needs to be done to ensure that we can all lead safe, fulfilling lives regardless of our sexual orientation or gender identity.
