Wendy Weaver is Executive Director of Montana Aquatic Resources Services, an organization working on water resource issues here in Montana. Wendy is a licensed professional civil engineer with twenty years of experience working on a variety of water-related issues. She is a member of the Montana State University Engineering Advisory Committee and serves as a Professional Member of MSU Engineers Without Borders, working to bring clean water and sanitation to elementary schools in rural Kenya. Wendy describes the projects they are engaged in to preserve the Yellowstone and other rivers in their natural stream beds by maintaining flood plains and preventing additional rip rap projects.
