J Shell is joined by Donna Sandstrom, Founder and Executive Director of The Whale Trail, a program designed to increase general knowledge and understanding of marine mammals along the Pacific Coast from British Columbia south to California (and Mexico). Donna founded The Whale Trail in 2008 to build awareness of the endangered southern resident orcas throughout their range. She discusses favored viewing spots along the coast and what The Whale Trail is doing to protect and encourage the several species that are found along the coast.
