As COVID wreaks havoc and costs of living in SW Montana spike upward, the threat of homelessness is growing. Christel Chvilicek, a Bozeman native and MSU graduate, directs Family Promise of Gallatin Valley — a non-profit working to end local homelessness one family at a time. Christel previously served with many other local organizations, including as Program Coordinator for HRDC Head Start and Early Learning Director for the Gallatin Valley YMCA.
